Integrated Process Simulation and Value Stream Mapping

Process simulation integrated with value stream mapping results in rapid deployment of system analytics. Using ExtendSim and its discrete event simulation capabilities, we will show how to organize and conduct a rapid analytic value stream mapping. This new approach to value stream mapping lets you run, what-if analysis live while integrating your MS Excel process measurements.

S&OP and the Forecasting Interface

Forecasting is a key input in the S&OP process, although few real world examples exist on how to handle new products and the affects of different statistical forecasting methods. In this presentation we will take a detailed look at various techniques with application to a selection of American automobile manufactures. Such issues as new product launches and selecting the right statistical models will be demonstrated.
